PLACE AN ORDER THROUGH THE ONLINE STORE

9.1 ORDER CONDITIONS

To place an order at the online store www.naoussa-strom.gr , the following are required:

• Completing the special form with the necessary information for concluding the sales contract.
• Unreserved acceptance of the terms of the sales contract and the terms of use, in particular the collection and, where required, the use of personal data.

On all pages of the online store

www.naoussa-strom.gr and next to each product available for purchase, there is the " ADD TO CART " button .

 

Navigate to our online store and add to your cart the products you wish to purchase.
To continue your shopping, select from the main categories the one that contains the next item you are looking for and add it to your cart as well. When you have completed the process of adding products, click the "Shopping Cart" button at the top right of your screen.

In order to order, it is not necessary to be a member of www.naoussa-strom.gr , but our advice is to become a member of www.naoussa-strom.gr , as it will make the whole process much easier in any future use of the online store. Fill in the form with your e-mail and the password you specified during your registration and log in to the members area.

If you are not a member, click the create a new account button. Fill in the new member registration form with an active email account. The email you provide must exist because all our communication will be through the email you provided during your registration.

Even if you do not become a member, you will be asked for personal information such as: billing and order shipping address, e-mail, contact telephone number, information necessary for the conclusion and completion of the contract between the two parties.

9.2 ORDERING PROCESS

The order is completed in 4 steps.

LOG IN / REGISTER – In the 1st step you will be asked to log in if you are already a registered member or to register a new one. You are also given the opportunity to make purchases as a simple guest without necessarily becoming a member, but by entering all the necessary information to complete your order.

PAYMENT METHODS & RECEIPT – In the 2nd step you will be asked to enter the information regarding the order's shipping details as well as to select the Payment Method and delivery method.

You will be asked for the Postal Code of the destination address of your purchases, as well as the desired shipping method, in order to accurately calculate the shipping cost.

After the shipping cost has been calculated, click the NEXT STEP button.

Here you are given the option to choose to pay by 1) Credit/Debit card, 2) Deposit to a bank account (by selecting this option, the available accounts will be displayed) or 3) via PayPal.

You will also be asked if you wish to receive the company newsletter and to add any comments you wish to your order.

REVIEW & PAYMENT – In the 3rd step you will find the procedures for reviewing the order regarding the Shipping Details, Billing Details and Shipping Method as well as reviewing your order. You can edit the Billing Details and Shipping Details. In this step you will be informed about the charging of the value of the products and the shipping costs. To proceed to the next step you must necessarily accept the Terms of Use.

ORDER COMPLETION – In the 4th step, you complete your order. Depending on the payment method you choose, you will be “loaded” with the corresponding form. To complete the order, you will enter the details depending on the payment method. In the case of payment by Credit Card, you will go to the corresponding bank environment, in the case of payment by Paypal you will go to the Paypal environment and in the case of bank deposit you will be informed that your order has been completed.

9.3 ORDER CONFIRMATION / UPDATE

The consumer is informed by the company via the website before completing his order about the identity and address of the supplier, the essential characteristics of the product, the price, quantity, transportation costs, payment method, delivery date, and validity period.

By sending the order form, the consumer receives an electronic copy of the order at the e-mail address he/she has indicated when placing his/her order, which includes a detailed description of the goods in the order.

9.4 ORDER COMPLETION

Upon completion of your order, the following message appears (example):

YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN COMPLETED
Your order has been completed. Please see details below.

Order number: XXXX XXXX XXXXX

An automated email has been sent to the email address you provided during registration with all the details of your order that were on the previous page (please check your email).
