RETURNS / CHANGES / CANCELLATIONS

 

11.1. Returns Policy The terms and conditions described in this policy apply to all products purchased from the NS MATTRESSES e-shop in Greece via the website www.naoussa-strom.gr.

11.2. Order Cancellation When you place your order through the e-shop www.naoussa-strom.gr, you have the option to cancel your order within the same day it was placed.

11.3. Withdrawal and Return of Products due to Change of Mind You have the right to return the products you have purchased, without penalty and without being obliged to state the reason for the return, within a period of 14 calendar days from the date you receive the products. In this case, you shall only be charged with the direct cost of returning the products.

Returns are accepted only if the products you wish to return are in the same condition in which you received them and are accompanied by the retail receipt or invoice. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized.

The collection of the returned products can only take place from the address you originally declared for their shipment and which you have indicated to us in writing. If you are unable to return the products purchased from the NS MATTRESSES online store (www.naoussa-strom.gr) yourself, our partner carrier can return them for you for an additional fee. The charge for the transport of your products depends on the postal code of your area and the weight of the goods.

Whichever method you choose to request the return, the request becomes effective from the date you notify us of the request to return the goods. Within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods by NS MATTRESSES, and provided that they have not been damaged or worn and all return conditions are met, NS MATTRESSES will refund the customer the value of the returned products using the same payment method the customer used for the initial transaction (e.g., credit card, bank account deposit, PayPal), unless the customer has expressly agreed otherwise.

In any case, the refund for the returned products will be processed after you have informed us in writing of the return request, we have accepted their return, and on the condition that the products have been handed over to the partner carrier. If the returned product has been damaged or worn due to the customer's fault, or its value has been diminished from handling that was not necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the products, NS MATTRESSES will assess the value of the damages and the amount of the diminished value. In the event that NS MATTRESSES is obliged to issue a refund to the customer, the corresponding amount of the damage will be deducted from the total refund amount.

11.4. Statutory Rights In addition to the rights provided by this returns policy, all rights applicable to consumers under the current provisions and laws regarding the sales contract, as well as any right arising in connection with the product warranty terms, are recognized in all cases.
