PAYMENT METHODS

 

To facilitate and serve all those who wish to purchase from our company's e-shop, www.naoussa-strom.gr offers the following payment methods:

9.5.1 By Credit or Debit Card.

Your credit/debit card is charged immediately upon confirmation of your order. The e-shop www.naoussa-strom.gr has taken all necessary measures to secure your transactions via your credit card, and all credit card holders are subject to validity checks. You are also given the option to pay in interest-free installments based on the current commercial policy. By selecting this payment method, you will be redirected to the secure transaction environment of our partner company responsible for card processing, Viva Payments S.A., where you will be asked to enter all your card details.

9.5.1.1 It is important that you provide a contact telephone number and a valid e-mail address.

9.5.1.2 In the event that your credit card is not approved by your bank, the company reserves the right to cancel your order.

9.5.1.3 In the case of payment by credit card, the credit card holder or a person specifically authorized by them must be present upon delivery of the products.

Your order will be placed on hold and will be processed once we confirm that the amount has been deposited. To facilitate the process, please send us a copy of the deposit slip, which must state your order number and full name, to the email address info@naoussa-strom.gr. If you cannot send proof of deposit, please send us an e-mail with the date of deposit, the deposit bank, the deposit reference number, the order number, your full name, and a contact telephone number to the above email address. If the deposit is not made within 3 days, your order will be cancelled.

9.5.3 Through the secure online payment service of PayPal.

9.5.4 The prices listed on www.naoussa-strom.gr include 24% VAT.

10. PRODUCT SHIPPING

 

• For all purchases over €399, you will not be charged for shipping costs.

• Product deliveries are made only within the physical borders of Greece via our partner transport company (and its affiliates).

• Shipping costs are calculated based on the postal code (P.C.) of the area, the order value, and the number of items in the shipment.

• The consumer is not obliged to pay if they do not receive a legal document (receipt, invoice).
